It is buried along the planned Zongqi Road to the north of Yangjiacun Road, buried along the north of Yangjiacun Road, and finally to Meijie Medical. The project department conducts full process quality management of the project. Before construction, we actively prepare for the installation of steam pipelines. We first inform the quality and technical supervision department responsible for pipeline use registration in the location of the pipeline installation project in writing; Conduct inspections on pipeline components and support components; Simultaneously carry out valve inspection work. During the pipeline installation phase, we pay attention to the following quality control points: installation of pipeline supports, pipeline welding, installation of square compensators, pressure testing and blowing to meet regulatory requirements.
The project department implements construction quality acceptance control: the technical director or full-time quality inspector is responsible for the sub item acceptance, and the foremen of each specialty are responsible for mutual inspection and handover inspection between specialties; After the construction of the concealed works is completed, the concealed acceptance work should be carried out before the upper layer of construction, and imaging data should be taken and recorded. The project department should organize the engineering data completely, and report it to the resident supervisor in advance on the basis of passing the pre inspection. After the resident supervisor inspects the data and engineering and passes the inspection, the next layer of construction can be carried out; After the completion of the project, the project department shall prepare internal materials in advance according to relevant requirements and report them to the supervisor and the owner after passing the self inspection.
Steam pipelines belong to the pressure pipelines specified in the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment.
