After the Spring Festival holidays, the city's construction sites have entered the stage of re-construction. In order to effectively do the work of safety production and dust control after the festival, prevent construction safety accidents, guarantee the safety and stability during the "two sessions" of the whole country, and realize the good start of safety production and dust control of construction projects in our city, we have decided to launch the "Spring Wind Action of 2019" in the whole City from February 20, 2019 to March 20, 2019.
The project management center of the company responds positively to the request of the spirit of the notice document issued by the Municipal Construction Bureau, and timely forwards the Notice of "Spring Wind Action 2019" (No. 2014) on the construction of buildings within the Wechat Group of the production association of the company. It requests the project departments of each branch to follow the requirements of the notice document and implement it conscientiously. New entrants, transferees and transferees must organize safety education and training in time before the project is resumed. Special workers must be strictly examined for certification, and the inspection of mechanical equipment and construction power must be carried out. All-round potential safety hazards must be checked and rectified. Civilized construction and dust prevention management should be strengthened at the construction site.
On February 19 and 20, the project management center carried out safety re-construction inspection after the Spring Festival for the construction projects of Jiangbian Sewage Treatment Plant, Airport Road Elevated Bid 2, Airport Road Elevated Bid 3, Xinggang Bridge, Pavement Branch, Maintenance Branch and Caoshang Road.
Some of the workers of the professional subcontracting team have returned to the construction site. The project department has carried out a careful inspection of the enclosure, temporary power supply, construction machinery, foundation pit, scaffolding, upper and lower passages, enclosure of border caves, material stacking and safety warning signs to ensure that there are no potential safety hazards, and subsequently prepared to carry out safety education for demobilized workers and new workers.
After the Spring Festival, the project management center's first safety inspection of the project department and the branch company mainly lies in conveying the requirements of "Spring Wind Action 2019", and communicating with the project department's leaders, technical leaders and security personnel on matters needing attention in safety restoration and safety management after the festival, and urging the project department to take safety restoration seriously and do a good job in safety work.
In order to ensure the safe resumption of work, the project department should submit a resumption application to the supervisor. After the general supervisor engineer, the construction unit, the project manager and the relevant personnel have passed the resumption inspection, the supervisor engineer can issue a resumption notice before resuming work formally. This is also a basic requirement of the annual spring breeze campaign.
On March 10 and 13, the Engineering Management Center also conducted a safety inspection of the Caoshang Road Third Bid and Xinggang Bridge. Check the safety situation, civilized construction and implementation of spring breeze action at the construction site. Both sites have been constructed normally, but irregularities of temporary power wiring have been found in both site inspections. The project management center has criticized and educated the project department's security personnel and asked for timely arrangements for rectification.
On March 14, the Engineering Management Center organized training sessions on safety knowledge and key points of safety work on the production site for personnel in charge of labor force, shift leaders and branch security personnel. At the training meeting, deputy general manager Liu Guobin mobilized the work safety of the spring breeze operation and the site to do a good job of safety work. He emphasized the importance of doing a good job of safety work, ensuring no safety accidents, to workers, to the company, and how we should do a good job of safety work. Everyone fulfilled their responsibility for safety work on the production site. On the construction site, the project manager is the first person responsible for safety. But the safety work is actually shared by everyone on the construction site. Only when everyone on the construction site abides by the principle of "not harming themselves, not harming others, not being harmed by others, and protecting others from harm", can the safety production on the construction site be truly realized. The safety of the site can only be guaranteed by the persistent supervision and reminder of the team leaders to the migrant workers. Only if the safety concept and safety awareness are truly implemented in the behavior of each of us, can the safety in production be truly guaranteed. The representative of the head of the labor force said that the safety education for the demobilized workers and new workers will be done well after the meeting, and higher requirements for the safety work of the shift leaders will be put forward.
